FFF president Jacob G. Hornberger spoke at the fourth Ron Paul Scholars’ Seminar on September 1, 2023, which preceded the Ron Paul Institute’s “Which Way America…?” conference in Herndon, Virginia. The seminar invites upper division undergraduate students and graduate students to participate in a day-long foreign affairs and national security “boot camp.” Jacob spoke on the ramifications of having converted the United States from a limited government republic into a national-security state. Attendance was by invitation only.
