John D McGinnis is host of WRTA's Two-Way Radio program in Altoona, PA. He is Associate Professor of Finance Emeritus at Penn State University and, under great duress, served three consecutive terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2012-2018. He was adopted by several borzoi a number of years ago and now shares a home with three of them: Mirage, Annushka, and Vaskana.
