Bill Kauffman is the author of eleven books, among them Ain’t My America and Dispatches from the Muckdog Gazette, as well as the screenplay of the movie Copperhead. His 1995 book America First! Its History, Culture, and Politics has just been reissued in paperback, with a new preface and epilogue by the author, by Prometheus Books.
