Jacob G. Hornberger will be speaking for the University of Albany chapter of the Young Americans for Liberty. Jacob will be speaking on current U.S. foreign policy and it detrimental effects on civil liberties.

The talk will be held at the State University of New York at Albany in the Humanities Building on the academic podium.
