We have received a donation of $2,500 to cover five student scholarships for our June 1-4 conference Restoring the Republic: Foreign Policy and Civil Liberties. If you are a student who would like to attend the conference, or if you would like to nominate a student to attend, the selections will be based on the best five essays we receive by the students on any aspect of foreign policy or civil liberties. The essay should be no longer than 1,000 words and we must receive it by March 7.

Karen is one of the nicest, most personable, most genuine, principled, and courageous people youll ever encounter. A former Air Force colonel who served in the Pentagon, Karen has taken a courageous and principled stand against the wrongful direction of U.S. foreign policy. She appeared in the recent film documentary Why We Fight, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival.
The registration price for the conference is $495, which includes all ten Hyatt Regency meals at the conference plus 24 of the greatest speakers youll ever hear. More and more people continue to tell me that they have never seen such an all-star line-up of speakers for a conference.
