On August 30, 2024, FFF president Jacob G. Hornberger spoke at the fifth Ron Paul Scholars’ Seminar, which preceded the Ron Paul Institute’s “The Liberty Platform” conference in Herndon, Virginia. The seminar invited upper division undergraduate students and graduate students to participate in a day-long foreign affairs and national security “boot camp.” Jacob spoke on the ramifications of having converted the United States from a limited government republic into a national-security state.
